CARMINA BURANA

On Saturday 11th July 2026 the WOWFest Community Chorus and the Bristol Classical Players conducted by Tom Gauterin, performed Carl Orff’s Carmina Burana in Wells Cathedral. The Community Chorus was open to all singing enthusiasts who came together for a series of rehearsals prior to the performance.
Below is a clip of the concert which was a great success receiving a standing ovation from a packed audience in Wells Cathedral.

Carmina Burana was supported by The Elmgrant Trust, The Blakemore Foundation and other local trusts including St Cuthberts PCC .

Previously, the WOWFest community chorus performed Beethoven’s 9th Symphony.
