Sing in Wells Cathedral with the WOWFest Community Chorus!

WOWFest: Wells Orchestral Weekend created its first COMMUNITY CHORUS to perform in Wells Cathedral alongside orchestra and soloist on Saturday 16th July 2022. All local singing enthusiasts - young and old - were invited to participate!

90 singers took to the stage accompanied by the Bromley Youth Chamber Orchestra to perform in front of a packed Cathedral, and the concert raised over £900 in aid of the UNICEF Ukraine appeal. We look forward to building upon this experience to create our second WOWFest Community Chorus to perform Beethoven’s 9th Symphony as part of the Ode to Beethoven 2024.
